    Posters, photographs and art prints are film covered then rolled carefully and packed in plastic tube shippers so that they are safe and protected during shipping. There is not an option at this time to ship the items flat.

    Frames and framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated paper containers that hold the frame in position while protecting the corners.

    Processing & Painting Time

    Orders typically take 24-48 hours to be processed with confirmation sent to your email. 

    Since all our paints are custom hand painted by our artists, a painting could take anywhere between 7-10 days depending on the complexity of the piece ordered. While we are equally anxious to have your order on your wall, we do need to make sure it is perfect and that the painting actually is dry!

    So: please budget between 24-48 hours for order processing, 5-10 days for preparing and painting your order, and 5-10 shipping days.

    In the unlikeihood that you artwork was damaged or misrepresented, please contact us immediately and we'll promise to make things right!

    You have the opportunity to review and approve the final artwork(s) for your order BEFORE the order is sent out to you. That is the time that you should review carefully the artwork and if not to your satisfaction, make a request for adjustments or changes or refunds.
